We match on three things: lane experience (a carrier who knows the route, the border posts, the seasonal choke points), load fit (size, type, handling requirements), and timing (can they actually collect and deliver on your schedule, not just eventually). We draw from a vetted network across South Africa and the wider SADC region, so the pool isn't limited to whoever we happen to know. It's whoever's right for the job.

Why it matters

A mismatched carrier costs you in ways that don't show up on the quote: a truck that's not set up for your cargo, a driver unfamiliar with a border crossing, a rate that looks fine until the delays start. Getting the sourcing right upfront is most of what makes the rest of the shipment go smoothly.
